Proof of identity, Social Security number, and two Ohio address proofs.

Out-of-state title

Vehicle title work is handled by the County Clerk of Courts, not the BMV.

Vehicle and insurance

Out-of-state VIN inspection, Ohio insurance, and payment for registration.
