No. DMVQ helps you understand what to expect, but all transactions happen through the BMV, a deputy registrar, or the County Clerk of Courts. We don’t process renewals, applications, tests, title work, or payments.
Are fees and requirements on DMVQ always current?

Where do Ohio vehicle titles happen?
Vehicle titles go through the County Clerk of Courts, not the BMV. BMV offices and deputy registrars handle registration, plates, driver licenses, state IDs, REAL ID, and related counter services.
